Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy 2017

The Arizona Center for Civic Leadership at the Flinn Foundation is seeking a creative professional who is dedicated to public service and helping Arizonans from all walks of life and perspectives increase their capacity for and involvement in civic leadership.

The Program Manager collaborates to operate the Flinn-Brown Civic Leadership Academy, the Center’s flagship program. The Program Manager also strengthens other existing initiatives and services of the Center, such as CivEx; participates in designing new programming; conducts recruitment and communications activities to increase the Center’s visibility and reach throughout the state; and coordinates activities with other programs and institutions.

If you have a demonstrated ability to work successfully with diverse constituencies, many perspectives, and different types of people; a strong record of accomplishment; broad knowledge of public policy, politics, and networks; plus experience in program development and implementation, communications, and events, you will want to look at the full position description for requirements and application instructions.
