This is a free program that will enable citizens to stay informed and closely track newly introduced bills being discussed at the State Capitol during each legislative session. It also provides them the opportunity to actively engage in the state law-making process. The program kicks off at the start of each session in January, with an overview of how the Arizona State Legislative session works; how a bill becomes a law; how to track issues under discussion; and how to analyze a bill. Residents who register for the program will receive timely email updates and alerts from the city when issues that may impact them are being discussed at the State Capitol.
